The Fetch Army is a free club is dedicated to fostering a supportive community that empowers members to achieve their career goals. We strive to create an inclusive, respectful, and motivating environment that promotes professional growth and success. This club is all about “No Excuses” and the willingness to put in the work in order to grow. As the General, Life Coach S’bu always says: Things will not move unless you make moves”.

When you are a member of the Fetch Army, you will be participating in the following activities:

  1. Goal-Setting Sessions: Guided sessions to help members set and work towards their career goals.
  2. Professional Development Webinars: Expert-led webinars on topics like resume building, networking, and interviewing skills.
  3. Accountability Partnerships: Pair members with accountability partners to support and motivate each other.
  4. Career Success Story Sharing: Members share their career success stories and lessons learned.
  5. Industry Insights Discussions: Moderated discussions on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.

However, before you get excited please note that there is a strict Code of Conduct for the Fetch Army even though membership is free. By joining the club, you accept the terms and conditions below:

1. Core Values

  1. Respect: Treat others with dignity, kindness, and compassion.
  2. Integrity: Act with honesty, transparency, and ethics in all interactions.
  3. Inclusivity: Embrace diversity, promote equality, and welcome members from all backgrounds.
  4. Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all club activities and interactions.
  5. Accountability: Take responsibility for one’s actions, commitments, and goals.

2. Code of Conduct

  1. Communication:
    • Be respectful and considerate in all communication, including online forums and social media.
    • Refrain from using language that is discriminatory, harassing, or unprofessional.
  2. Meetings and Events:
    • Attend meetings and events with an open mind, willingness to learn, and respect for others.
    • Actively participate in discussions, ask questions, and share experiences.
  3. Networking and Collaboration:
    • Approach networking and collaboration opportunities with a genuine interest in helping others and seeking mutually beneficial relationships.
    • Respect others’ time, expertise, and boundaries.
  4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:
    • Maintain confidentiality and respect others’ intellectual property, including business ideas, plans, and proprietary information.
  5. Conflict Resolution:
    • Address conflicts or disagreements in a constructive, respectful, and professional manner.
    • Seek mediation or support from club leaders or mentors if needed.

3. Membership Requirements
To maintain membership in the Fetch Army, members are required to:

  1. Attend Online Sessions: Attend at least 3 of the 4 online sessions per month.
  2. Task Partnerships: Not miss sessions with the person you have been partnered with to complete tasks.
  3. Social Media Conduct: Not bring the club’s reputation into disrepute by participating in negative conversations on social media, especially LinkedIn.
  4. Misconduct Reporting: Report any misconduct or concerns to admin@blogwithoutaname.com.

4. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct or meet the membership requirements may result in:

  1. Verbal warning and reminder of club values and expectations.
  2. Temporary or permanent removal from club meetings, events, or online forums.
  3. Revocation of club membership.

5. Amendments and Updates
This Code of Conduct may be amended or updated at any time by the club’s leadership team. Members will be notified of any changes and are expected to comply with the updated Code of Conduct.
